About SHINKAN in autumn
For those who want to start something new this fall or missed the chance to join a club or circle in the spring, this is the Autumn Welcome Festival organized by Kobe University’s Belcan!
This year, over 50 organizations are participating, and visitors can easily stop by to hear from the groups that interest them.
