Activities

We focus on winning intercollegiate competitions like Ekiden and other inter-school races. We practice after classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the Tsurukabuto Second Campus and Oji Park. On Saturdays, we sometimes train at stadiums in Akashi or Amagasaki. In addition to inter-school races, numerous championships and time trials are held on holidays, where each member participates aiming for personal bests and higher rankings.

Activity frequency

Five days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat). Days off: Wed and Sun.

Place

Hattatsu Ground (Tsurukabuto Second Campus), Oji Park Track and Field Stadium (right in front of Hankyu Oji Koen Station), and others.

Expense

20,000 yen per year (managers: 10,000 yen per year, university athletic federation members: 0 yen per year). Athlete registration fee: 8,000 yen per year. Training camp fee: around 40,000 yen × 2 per year. Other costs: competition entry fees, uniforms, etc.
